  1. Many who have recovered from very debilitating, even life threatening accidents have taught us that our mind is our most powerful tool. Our mindset, our self image, and our sense of well being all can positively support an active, creative youthful long life.

    In sports athletes today use visioning exercises to run through their event in their minds just as they would in a competition event. The results have been so remarkable that few discount the effects of athletes mind on competitive performance.
