  1. Your question, “How willing are you to take on the burden of forging a stronger, healthier, more respect-worthy version of yourself?” hits the mark. Many prospective clients with whom I meet for an initial consultation are simply not willing to take on that burden. Mention “life-long process” as I sometimes do, and they might rush out the door.
    Our culture makes many things so easy; our technology too. The hard work of cultivating a sense of self isn’t even in the mindset of most of the population. Understandably, many today are concerned simply with survival. Yet there is no “easy button” for getting one’s head on straight.
    I might wonder whether such work on oneself is an outdated concept, but my innards and the state of society say otherwise.
