    I think you’ve explained in a clear and simple manner some of the key elements in achieving self-transformation ……… Having spent many years helping people learn how to become more assertive – I think you’ve hit the nail on the head.
    People have got to want to change ……. then they need to sometimes be shown how they can change …….. and they also need to be provided with encouragement along the way.
    Yes, we do have some innate tendencies and pre-dispositions – but we also have the power of choice. And that’s where the “wiggle room” for change can occur.
    Again, let me say I enjoyed your article.
