  1. In times when I have had to lie low, I knit. It’s very stress relieving, and I recommend it. There are some great tutorials on YouTube. The only problem is not being able to get out to the store to pick out yarn, but there is always the internet. There are endless knitting and crocheting patterns, many of them free, available as well. Best wishes on your recovery, Dr. Simon!
