Hello. I am currently studying mindfulness. Looking for ‘detachment’; im interested in in because ‘you’re watching your watching’. Thanks for sharing this post. It confirms my belief. ^^
I believe at least has been for myself to realize that I can give myself the compassion I need to accept myself and realizing the thoughts as I grew that were there
no longer had a place in my life and who I was becoming. I let them gradually leave my thinking. I saw them farther and farther away actually like up at the ceiling when I entered a difficult situation. Now I can hardly see the old harsh judgments and self expectations yet can use them to help another to give themselves the compassion and understanding all human beings deserve.
