There is NO SUCH THING as an effective habit, How can anything habitual be effective ?? Ask a junky on the street corner , sorry to sound offensive but please or failing that , ask George ( you’re resident expert on Pyscoptahs ), what is going on here , whatever happened to Spontaneity !!
God Bless Richard
Richard what do you think about changing the habit to eating fruit instead of greasy sausages for breakfast, or waking up with lemon and honey water instead of coffee? Would you say they could be effective habits if a healthyer lifestyle is disired. The example of a ‘junkies’ habit seems quite severe in this context of habit. I would say that a desired habit is effective until it is no longer desired. Thanks :] and bless you too.
