Get Started With RSS News Feeds
CounsellingResource.com has arranged to take the work out of using industry-standard RSS news feeds, enabling you to add the latest headlines to your web site with a minimum of fuss. Please note: we are no longer accepting new customers for our RSS parsing and formatting services.
If you've read through the page on Automatic News Services, you'll know that RSS news feeds provide a standard way of sharing news headlines between web sites. Many leading content providers -- including CounsellingResource.com -- now make their headlines available for syndication across the world. However, there is some work involved in making effective use of RSS news feeds, written in XML, in the HTML-based world of web pages.
Although we previously offered a bespoke RSS parsing and formatting service, we have now closed that service to new customers and have transitioned existing customers to more advanced technologies.
Many commercial services still exist to help you display RSS feed content on your own web pages, and more advanced tools are available for doing this yourself than could be found even just a few short years ago. So for all the reasons listed on our Automatic News Services page, we still believe that RSS content can be a great marketing and development tool.
Just take a look at some of our own RSS feeds if you'd like to include our content on your own site!
