Is your child spending too much time on the internet? What counts as too much? While we are pretty skeptical about considering excessive internet use an actual addiction, this 20-question self-test may help you to identify areas of your child’s life which may be impacted by excessive internet use.

Very high scores (above 80) indicate that internet usage is causing significant problems in your child’s life, and your child may benefit from evaluating the impact of the internet on his or her life and addressing the problems directly caused by internet usage.
