About Scoring this Psychological Questionnaire

Scoring:

  • 1 point None of the time
  • 2 points A little of the time
  • 3 points Some of the time
  • 4 points Most of the time
  • 5 points All of the time

Roughly speaking, the higher the score, the greater the psychological distress due to depression or anxiety.

Screening test scoring ranges:

  • Less than 15
  • 16-30, Moderate Distress
  • Over 30, High Distress
