Acetaminophen and codeine phosphate tablets are indicated for the relief of mild to moderately severe pain. This product should not be administered to patients who have previously exhibited hypersensitivity to codeine or acetaminophen. Codeine is habit-forming and potentially abusable. Consequently, the extended use of this product is not recommended.

Baclofen is a muscle relaxant and antispastic, useful for the alleviation of signs and symptoms of spasticity resulting from multiple sclerosis. Baclofen tablets may also be of some value in patients with spinal cord injuries and other spinal cord diseases.

Carisoprodol is indicated for the relief of discomfort associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions in adults. In the postmarketing experience with carisoprodol, cases of dependence, withdrawal, and abuse have been reported with prolonged use.

Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride relieves skeletal muscle spasm of local origin without interfering with muscle function and is indicated as an adjunct to rest and physical therapy for relief of muscle spasm associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions.

Fentanyl transdermal system is indicated for management of persistent, moderate to severe chronic pain that requires continuous, around-the-clock opioid administration for an extended period of time, and cannot be managed by other means.

Butalbital (5-allyl-5-isobutylbarbituric acid), is a short to intermediate-acting barbiturate. Fioricet (Butalbital, Acetaminophen, and Caffeine Tablets, USP) is indicated for the relief of the symptom complex of tension (or muscle contraction) headache.

Hydromorphone hydrochloride, a hydrogenated ketone of morphine, is an opioid analgesic. Hydromorphone hydrochloride tablets USP are indicated for the management of pain in patients where an opioid analgesic is appropriate.
