According to Alexa.com, we’re the web’s most visited site dedicated specifically to counselling and psychotherapy. One of the side effects of that high level of readership across the web is that we receive a very large amount of email. Sheer volumes mean that we can’t always reply to every individual enquiry, but we do read every message that comes in (at least the ones sent by real live humans!).
