    I’m with you on being excited about Season 3. I’m also with you on cheerleading about the strong women on the show … not to mention the race and sexual orientation issues the show successfully portrays.

    I wholeheartedly agree that the American public is definitely not portrayed in a good light in this show. We come off as selfish, fixated on people’s sex lives, racist and homophobic. And that’s just business as usual on this show. Too bad that I think it’s true!

    I hope that someday we can, in real life, become better so that shows like Scandal have to mine their stories from other societies. I’m not too sure I want to live in the one that Shonda displays for us on Scandal.
