Guide to Understanding Depression Now Available, Including Spanish Translation

Our Consulting Clinical Psychologist’s guide to Understanding Depression is now available in our section on symptoms — both in the original English and in a new professionally translated Spanish version.

Our Consulting Clinical Psychologist Dr Carver’s popular guide to depression is now available in our symptoms section in both English and Spanish translation:

The Spanish translation follows recent translations of Dr Carver’s work on Personality Disorders (Personas con Trastornos de la Personalidad: Controladores, Abusadores, Manipuladores y Personas que Usan a Otras en sus Relaciones) and on Stockholm Syndrome (El Amor y el Síndrome de Estocolmo: El Misterio de Amar a un Abusador) — plus his famous ‘Loser’ article (¿Está usted saliendo con un(a) Fracasado(a)?) and his widely read guide to achieving positive control over your emotional memory: Control de la Memoria Emocional.

Many thanks to Mariana Barrancos, Administrator of the Emotional Abuse/Abuso Emocional website, for her work on this new translation.

Dr Carver is one of the best specialists. His works are well known all over the world. When I have some problems, sometimes it is even enough to read his articles to understand the reason.
