Stockholm Syndrome Article and Personality Disorder Guide Now Available in Spanish

A short while ago, we added a Spanish translation of Dr Carver’s well known article on identifying ‘losers’ in relationships, and we now have new translations available of two of Dr Carver’s other popular articles — on Stockholm Syndrome and on understanding personality disorders in relationships.

Our Consulting Clinical Psychologist Dr Joseph M Carver’s popular article on Stockholm Syndrome is now available in Spanish translation: El Amor y el Síndrome de Estocolmo: El Misterio de Amar a un Abusador.

In addition, Dr Carver’s indispensable guide to dealing with Personality Disorders is now available as Personas con Trastornos de la Personalidad: Controladores, Abusadores, Manipuladores y Personas que Usan a Otras en sus Relaciones.

If you’re a Spanish speaker, please stop by and have a look!

Editor’s Note: I’d also like to extend a belated but extra-large thank you to Mariana Barrancos, Administrator of the Emotional Abuse/Abuso Emocional website, for her work on these two translations.

About the Author: With an educational background in philosophy and mathematics, as well as in counselling, Dr Mulhauser enjoys publishing CounsellingResource.com, providing online counselling and therapy services, and spending time with his family.

Thank you for posting this information, Dr. Mulhauser.

Dr. Carver’s articles are excellent, truly educational, and informative materials.

The article on Emotional Memory Management is now also available in Spanish, as well. Thanks again for the good news.

@Mariana — And thank you (belatedly!) for your hard work on these two articles! (I’ve also added a thanks to the end of each translation itself.) I’ve just now finished getting the Emotional Memory Management article up as well, so stay tuned for another quick announcement on that one.

    Thanks again,
    Greg
