		<description>The problem I think with the re-programming is that it is not pervasive enough.

The negative programming usually came in a world that hung together (our childhood) where the messages received were congruent with our behaviour.  To come up with words that go against most of what is going on around us is another matter altogether.

It seems to me that people adapt rapidly to changes in the environment.  Eg incentive schemes at work.

It is worth considering whether we can alter our environment to go with our affirmations I think.</description>
