I agree, attention to how we do the not-being-here-and-now often makes up the bulk of therapy. And saying to yourself &quot;I should&quot; is a sure way of creating more conflict. 

Sometimes, though, you can just put those ways aside for a minute, and have a break. That feeling of refreshment is the best incentive!</description>
