I too find this comment bizarre - it is usually followed by something the feminists won: like equal pay for equal work (although this is now eroded by qualifications).

I do think it says something about the way feminists are perceived (strident?).  So maybe there is more work to do on the healthy expression of anger (and not just for feminists or even women).</description>
