		<description>It is very important for the patient to have an active role in determining the termination time of therapy, and even so, with the thought that re-evaluation of goals and outcomes be reviewed, and if these have not been successful, then therapy be extended.  The worse thing possible to happen with termination, is that the patient be left feeling abandoned or rejected.  If termination end that way, lifelong damage could be done.</description>
