  1. I’m glad my counselor didn’t hand me this counselors creed – As someone who felt that my very existence was a burden to the universe, this would have ensured I never came back! Instead, because he is a good counsellor I learned that we don’t need to be perfect, that we have a right to exist in all of our messiness, and I learned all that not in printed words but through interacting with a real person. I hope everyone reads your insightful post
