I agree it gets harder to understand why poverty isn't our biggest priority. And you would think many other dollars would be saved as well.

Though this is not how the scientific communoties work... They consentrate on cutting edge mediacal breakthroughs and look at its target customers of the higher income. And in all good conscious it does eventually trickle down to the impoverished as these new breakthroughs are sometimes gifted to others through other various groups. As with all good things, the demand goes up and the price goes down And therefore be optimistic about all of this. These technologies are going to benifit more people as they become aged. And newer ones take their place it is historically known. As more doctors choose to give back and pick impoverished countries to set clinic or train their own citizen to. Each day is building on this.

When I was in grade school I had problems with reading because everything was backwards and the counsular said that I probably could not learn and she did not have the knowlege to treat my problems. I went through school this was up to college. I just about failed high school because of it and then I decided to try for college and I had an instructor that knew my problems and sent me to the schools rehab person and I got my dislexia turned around and I maintain a B aberage thoughout my college years.

Conative disorders does not have to cost anything if you find a person that is willing to give of their time.

I am in the process of developing a rehav for stroke patients that have conitive problems and teach them how to reconize future signs of a stroke and start rehabing before the dorctor or emergency personnel gets to them.

I am a PhD with conitive disorder and I can teach these techizues to anyone who want to know.
