		<description>In my experience (both from personal and from someone in a mental health capacity) with mental health in Australia people who are very unwell need structure and want and need to be in charge of their emotions; they dont want to be sad any more; they want to be sociable.
Words like &#039;mastering&#039; to unwell people would in fact encourage people to use this article in a positive way.
Making comment only on this author&#039;s reference as I haven&#039;t read it myself, I believe this type of language has a place.</description>
