Much as I love wandering about in unknown territory, I notice, too, how much more free and alive I feel when my mind has been given a &#039;cookie of understanding&#039; so that it can stop giving me a hard time like &#039;What do you think you&#039;re doing here - wasting your time!&#039; - you know, that stuff!
