I wonder if the &quot;old way&quot; of a certain amount of supervision per number of client hours was at least &quot;clear&quot;. Though that does have implications for practitioners who are experienced and work with a large case load.

I do agree that giving a minimum amount of supervision within a given time frame might be our best option. Eg. one and a half hours per month, leaving no more than 6 weeks between, and ensuring that over the year practitioners have at least 18 hours. I do feel that those who have large case laods, have a responsibility to undergo more supervision than the minimum, however!</description>
