What Goes On In Your Kitchen?

In advance of World Mental Health Day in October, the Mental Health Foundation wants to know what goes on in your kitchen and how you feel about mealtimes. Take part in the charity’s survey about food preparation and mealtimes, and you could win food vouchers to the tune of 50 pounds.

We’ve been a bit late getting this announcement up, as I was out of the office last week, but the Mental Health Foundation sent us this press release about a fun online survey that could win you 50 pounds (sterling) of free food:

The Mental Health Foundation has launched an online survey to find out about the nation’s cooking and mealtime habits. As part of its Food and Mental Health campaign, the charity wants to know what goes on in kitchens across the UK. Do you look forward to preparing dinner, or do you find it a chore? Have you been cooking for years, or have you just discovered the joys of being a chef?

And what do you think about mealtimes? Are they an opportunity to get together, or just a necessary fact of life? Do you eat in front of the television, or sit down at the table? Do you fancy yourself as a bit of a Delia Smith or Jamie Oliver, or do you prefer to leave the cooking to the professionals and dine out?

Take part in the survey at www.mentalhealth.org.uk and enter the draw to win food vouchers to the value of £50. The results of the survey will be launched on World Mental Health Day on 10th October 2006.
