Being an avid cook, I tout the benefits of chocolate for sleep. That "cup of cocoa" when I snuggle in is a never-fail way to move me off to dreamland. My husband is from Mexico and makes a DIVINE cup of Latin style chocolate: warm, fragrant and creamy. Making this part of the bedtime pre-sleep ritual also establishes a kind of mental routine. Your body and mind "get it" that it's time to sleep, and it helps to make a transition from one's waking day to the restful, restorative hours abed. Works like a charm! ZZZZZZZ.
