Alternatives to PayPal

If you’ve been frustrated that PayPal doesn’t support payments from the country where you live, help is at hand. When three potential new clients in the same week all experienced difficulties with PayPal support due to their country of residence, we took it as a sign that it was time to expand our payment options. Our service is now available to you regardless of where you live (well, almost!).

Until today, if you lived in certain countries, our counselling service wasn’t available to you due to limitations at our payment processor (PayPal).

However, when three new clients in the space of a week all encountered problems with PayPal’s limited coverage, we took it as a sign that it was time to do something about this limitation. We’re now able to accept payments via a secure alternative service that should be available almost anywhere in the world. (The only remaining restrictions are those enforced by the government regarding business relationships with a small number of countries currently subject to economic sanctions.)

Full details of both payment alternatives are now available as part of the online counselling service Getting Started process.
