Practitioner Tools: Blogging for Traffic
Blogs offer a convenient way for private practitioners to publish their own material quickly and easily, and built-in technical features can help attract traffic as part of your strategic internet marketing campaign. This new addition to our section on building your practice also mentions some of the considerations related to blogging in a therapeutic context.
Although the blog began as an easy way for individual writers to publish a sequence of articles, built-in features for syndicating via RSS, automatically displaying trackbacks and pingbacks from other sites, and automatic pinging of other sites when content is updated, make blogs especially well-suited to attracting targeted traffic to your site.
As part of our Content and Keywords area of our section on Building Your Practice, our new article on Blogging for Traffic covers some of the benefits of blogging as well as mentioning a few of the special considerations related to the use of blogs in a therapeutic context.

Well, how can I tell you what this exposure is like…I stepped up and out and am keynote speaking throughout the US and I love every minute of it! I have begun a foundation AFT Foundation “After the Silence” to help others reclaim lost lives. I had no idea how many people lose their lives while they are still living. We have been accepted to Donationstreet.com. To help, go to my site or myspace.com/kathrynkeats and click on the link and shop away. You will help our foundation and in return we will halp people who need it that you know but do not even know that they are in need. Reclaim lost lives, no matter the cause.
Meanwhile, After the Silence CD is not rleased but well loved inside the industry. You can still get it from me at http://www.kathrynkeats.com with PayPal or Itunes. And…tomorrow, May 10th…I am on…yes I can hardly believe it myself, Montel! He was a blast! Everyone got a cd. I hope you get yours because for all of this service the thing that brings me all the way around is sending out a CD…even one or two a day…I am so simple!
