Mental Health Glossary Defines Common Terms

Ever wonder what ‘borderline personality disorder’ is? Or would you just like a quick definition of ‘anxiety disorder’? Our new glossary provides brief definitions of some of the terms most commonly used in mental health.

Included as part of our section on Types of Counselling (we weren’t sure where else to put it!), our new mental health glossary covers terms ranging from the names of common types of psychological distress through to some of the arcane language of managed behavioural healthcare and the insurance landscape of the US.
